This is a good opportunity for all those candidates who want to work as Skilled Artist in Indian Post. For this, offline application will run from 31 July to 30 August 2024. India Post Skilled Artisans Age Limit :-
- Minimum Age : 18 Years.
- Maximum Age : 30 Years.
- Relaxable up to 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBC
Application Fee :-
- The application fees collected from the applicants will not be refunded. Further, the eligible candidates should pay Rs.400/- as Examination fee ( for trade test) in the form of IPO (or) UCR receipt, on getting hall Permit and attend Trade test along with the payment receipt.
- Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 100. This can be done using an Indian Postal Order (IPO) or a UCR receipt issued at any post office

Education Qualification :-
- A certificate in the respective trade from any Technical Institution recognized by Government OR VIII Std. passed with experience of one year in the respective trade. (Experience certificate is mandatory for the candidates those who have applied with VIII std. pass without trade certificate)
- Candidate who applied for the trade of M.V.Mechanic should possess a valid Driving Licence (HMV) to drive any vehicle in service in order to test it.

- First of all you have to go to the official website of India Post.
- After that you have to go to the recruitment option.
- We have to click on the recruitment updated on 1st August 2024.
- The PDF of the recruitment will open in front of you.
- First of all you have to check the notification properly.
- After that download and print the application form given below in A4 size.
- Now fill the application form with blue and black pen.
- After filling the form, send it to the address given in the official notification.
- Along with this, all the documents asked from you have to be attached.
The separate application should be sent for each trade in a separate envelope if applied for more than one trade and the candidate should superscribe on the envelope & the application specifically as “Application for the post of Skilled Artisan in trade and should be addressed to “The Senior Manager, Mail Motor Service, No.37, Greams Road, Chennai- 600 006” and should, be sent through Speed post / Registered post only. The last date of receipt of the application is on or before 30.08.2024 by 17.00 Hours.
